I started the game after it was installed, and it wouldn't play. I went to the developer's [...] website, but got very little trouble shooting help in the form of general tips. Every time I started the game, the screen went black, the game crashed, and an xview crash report screen popped up. My computer exceeds greatly, the minimum requirements for the game. I tried to lower my screen resolution, as was recommended, but it still didn't work. I could have waited to speak with a customer service person, but I don't believe I should have to jump through hoops to get this game to work on my compatible computer. This game should be ready to play upon download. I restored my computer to an earlier date, and searched for, and deleted all of the files associated with this game and the Amazon game downloader.
